No. Several unrelated companies use the word Vantage. Vantage Discovery is an AI product-search company that Shopify acquired in March 2025. Vantage Data Centers operates data centres. Teradata Vantage is an analytics platform, and Vantage Connect was a Davis Instruments weather-station transmitter. Vantage Connections has no connection to any of them. We are an AI assistant for small ecommerce store owners.

Shopify's built-in tools help you write a thing when you are already sitting in the admin looking at that thing. Vantage does the day-to-day whether or not you open the admin, across the channels outside Shopify too, and hands you a queue of finished work to approve. If your whole store lives inside Shopify and you enjoy doing the daily work yourself, Shopify's own tools may be all you need.
